With The Elder Scrolls Online “Summerset” daily login rewards make their way into the MMORPG. Here you will learn how to obtain the Crown crates and what else you receive as a login reward.
Free is nice and all, but how do I get them?
You receive the rewards easily: By logging in.
Every day at 12 PM UTC (which corresponds to 1 PM in Germany) the daily timers reset and you can collect another daily login reward.

The number of login rewards varies. If there are, for example, 20 daily login rewards in a month with 31 days, you need to log in on 20 days in that month to receive all the rewards. However, you do not have to log in for 20 consecutive days. Your progress in that month remains intact even if you do not log in daily. However, if you miss too many days, you will no longer receive all 20 rewards.
At the end of the month, your progress is reset and you start over.
If you want to collect your rewards, you can either go to the Crown store in the “Daily Login Calendar” section. Otherwise, you will receive a notification when you log in with your character or when you log out, through which you can collect your reward. But remember to collect your reward. If you do not do this, you will receive the same reward the next day, and your progress in the daily login rewards for that month will not increase.
So what’s in it?
For logging into The Elder Scrolls Online, you receive various currencies (like Alliance Points or Gold) and consumables. If you log in often enough in a month, you reach a milestone. Milestones reward you with collectibles or Crown crates from the last season.

Collecting players thus enjoy Crown crates without spending money.
As a special treat to kick off the new system, you can receive the new Psijic-Mascot Guar as a milestone in June.
So is Zenimax feeling generous now?
Partly. Login rewards are meant to motivate players to engage with the game regularly and spend time on it. Certainly, they want to give something back to players, but also encourage them to purchase items in the Crown store. The idea is: You can try it out first, but if you want more, you have to pay.
As soon as “Summerset” is released on June 5 for all systems (PC, Xbox One, PS4), players can experience the new system for themselves. Then, the login rewards will be unlocked for everyone.
Speaking of free loot boxes: ESO gives its players a free subscription or free loot boxes
