Steam: Hardcore Masterpiece from 2022 is currently available with over 30% discount

Elden Ring takes the classic Souls formula and transports it into an open world. This was a huge success for From Software, and not only were the reviews very positive: the game received several awards. The most important of these was the award for Best Game 2022 at the Game Awards.

The Souls open world is also interesting for beginners

The open world is the biggest innovation in Elden Ring compared to previous games in the Dark Souls series. In a game series known for its perfectly designed levels, this was an unusual decision.

However, the ability to go anywhere is especially a good way for beginners to avoid frustration. If you get stuck in one part of the world, you can simply go somewhere else and maybe discover new armor or weapons that can help you.
