The South Korean MMORPG “Quantum Knights” is coming to Steam and could truly become an engaging gaming experience with its innovative concept. The developer studio Space Dive Games promises a unique combination of knights, magic, and firearms.
What is it about? This online shooter immerses you in a medieval fantasy world that combines technology and magic. The Volants are knights in this world, facing monsters, demons, and dragons together with their magical firearms.
When is it coming out? An exact release date is not known. However, Steam states that it will be available soon. If you don’t want to miss the launch, you can add the game to your wishlist.
What does the trailer show? The trailer offers a good mix of ingame battles and pre-rendered cutscenes.
From the gameplay, you can expect the use of various weapons and items. You will see in the trailer, among other things, machine guns, shotguns, and grenades that you can use to smash the monsters.
At least in the trailer, the battles seem very interesting and balanced. Effects are used throughout to presumably emphasize the magical aspect, but they are not overwhelming. On the contrary, they add a bit of color to the otherwise rather gloomy world.
Graphically, Quantum Knights is definitely eye-catching. The cutscenes are also worth seeing and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the trailer, making it enjoyable to watch until the end.

And right at the end of the trailer, something is teased that makes players attentive and curious in the comments (via Youtube).
Non-human, ogre-like allies slide into the scene, ready to assist you in battle. Whether this means that you can also create a character of another race is not clear, but it is definitely something players hope for.
