On December 6th, the Rogue One: Scarif DLC was released for owners of a Season Pass for the online shooter Star Wars: Battlefront. Anyone playing as hero Lando Calrissian after the update quickly realizes that he has become the greatest hero in the galaxy. The DLC introduced a glitch that affects the “Power Blast” ability.
Lando single-handedly holds off the Empire!
This skill allows Lando to deal six times as much damage, with each shot directly aiming at the target. However, due to the glitch, there is no longer a cooldown period for this ability, allowing Lando to use this skill as a regular attack. As a result, he becomes a real fighting machine, plowing through enemy ranks. Battlefront expert Elliot Fältström explains that the Power Shot also deals more damage than before. Because of this, Lando is essentially unusable for fair play.
The developers at DICE are now aware of the problem and announced that they are working quickly on an update. So if you want to have a little more fun with superhero Lando Calrissian, you should hurry, as the fun could be over very soon. But always pay attention to fairness in online gameplay!
