Star Wars Battlefront: Here’s how it goes on – Cloud City in June

DICE and Electronic Arts have announced the release schedule for the upcoming DLCs of the online shooter Star Wars: Battlefront.

Regarding free content, players will see new in-game events like double EXP weekends and community missions, as well as new Hutt contracts where you can find star cards in Star Wars: Battlefront. Additionally, DICE has some surprises in store that aim to make offline play more interesting. However, what that exactly means has not yet been revealed. For May 4th, Star Wars Day, they have some cool activities planned.

Fight in Cloud City – 4 new maps, 2 new heroes

In June, the next paid DLC will finally be released featuring Bespin. This will introduce four new maps set in Cloud City. There, you will also encounter the well-known hero Lando Calrissian, who will be introduced as a playable character for the Rebellion. As a “hero” on the side of the Empire, you can take on the role of the bounty hunter Dengar.

DICE also explains that you will see AT-ATs in Cloud City and soar through the clouds with fighters. Additionally, a visit to the carbonite chamber is on the agenda, where Han Solo was frozen in the movie “The Empire Strikes Back.”

All good things come in fours

A new game mode, new weapons, and additional star cards will also be part of the content that Bespin will introduce. After this DLC, the Death Star is set to be the next addon. However, nothing is known about it yet, just like the fourth DLC, which currently has no name. How it will continue after these four expansions is still uncertain.

Those who own the Season Pass for Star Wars Battlefront will receive the DLCs for free; all others will have to purchase them separately if they want to access the new content.
