Dice has released a new update for your online shooter Star Wars Battlefront 2 that mainly concerns the award screen at the end of a match. After the patch, there is now more recognition.
At the end of a battle in the online shooter Star Wars Battlefront 2, you will see a summary that shows who the most valuable player in the match was (MVP), who eliminated the most enemies in a row, and much more. However, until now, usually only one player was mentioned, as they managed to achieve the most awards. The individual awards overlapped: Whoever had the most kills also usually had the highest score, the highest kill streak, and was crowned the MVP.
This often resulted in 5 times Yoda or 5 times Boba Fett smiling from the MVP screen.
This is now changing with the current update 1.03.

More players get recognition for their actions
It was a bit demotivating for teammates to often not be mentioned at all, as if they had hardly contributed to the outcome of a battle.
Therefore, the award screen at the end of a match now also considers the score achieved by individual players, allowing more of them to be mentioned.

Further adjustments and improvements
Additionally, there are the following changes:
- Spawn points for starfighters and AT-ATs on Tatooine and Kashyyyk have been adjusted
- Adjustments to the combat arenas of the maps Kamino, Tatooine, Endor, Naboo, and Hoth
- Changes to some mission objectives that you need to achieve. For example, the hero Boba Fett can no longer float high in the air, which makes him a difficult target, but he still contributes to capturing an important point.
- Improvements to collision systems. As a result, it is now easier to navigate through the maps Jakku, Endor, and Kashyyyk.
Additionally, the update included bug fixes and the number of reinforcements after each match in Galactic Assault mode has been increased. Update 1.03 is now available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
With one of the upcoming updates for your online shooter Star Wars Battlefront 2, it could also become possible to customize your character visually.
