With the upcoming update for the Han Solo season of the online shooter Star Wars Battlefront 2, new elements from the current movie Solo: A Star Wars Story will be introduced.
Have you seen the movie Solo: A Star Wars Story and would you like to control the young Han Solo as a hero in Star Wars Battlefront 2 or fly Lando Calrissian’s Millennium Falcon? Starting June 12th, this will be possible.
Young Heroes, Faster Falcon
Revamp for the heroes. Since Solo: A Star Wars Story is a prequel, our heroes like Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Lando Calrissian are also a bit younger. Accordingly, you can play them as new appearances of the heroes:
- Han Solo – Corellia Escape (Legendary)
- Han Solo – Beckett’s Crew (Legendary)
- Lando – Professional “Athlete” (Legendary)
- Lando – Raconteur (Legendary)
- Chewbacca – Vandor Robbery (Epic)
Battle on Kessel! With the update, the planet Kessel is added as a new map. There will be a fierce battle for the coaxium mine. Several modes will be playable:
- Kessel is playable in the new Extraction game mode, just like Jabba’s Palace
- Kessel is also playable in the Blast, Heroes vs. Villains, Hero Showdown, and Arcade modes
Make it explode in the new Millennium Falcon. You have Lando Calrissian’s Millennium Falcon available as a new spaceship. It has a different appearance than Han Solo’s version and is faster and more agile, but not as durable.
Additionally, many bug fixes and balancing adjustments will be included in the update, which will be released on June 12th for the online shooter Star Wars Battlefront 2.
