A new trailer for the big winter update in Blade and Soul shows that the Lyn will also receive the Protector class. There are also various new features and a recap of the PvP tournament in Korea.
What is the Protector? The Protector is an offensive tank class that can properly slice opponents into small pieces with a huge sword. Players of the Jin and Gon races can already test the class, and with the big winter update, the Lyn will also receive their own variation of this class.

Additional news coming with the winter update include:
- Awakening for all 11 classes
- Guilds will be able to compete against each other in the PvP mode Point Capture
- New dungeon raids for 6 and 12 players
