3. Primaris Marines, the evolution of super-soldiers
A relatively new variant is the Primaris Marines, improved and stronger versions of the already superhuman Space Marines. The famous Archmagos Belisarius Cawl created this new version of the Space Marines at the request of Roboute Guilliman, the returned Primarch of the Ultramarines and now ruler of the Imperium.
Compared to “normal” Space Marines, Primaris Marines are even larger, stronger, and (of course) have even more organs that are supposed to make them resilient against all sorts of things.
However, their improved physiology also allows Primaris Marines to use better equipment. This includes Gravis armor and new, better versions of the already diverse and powerful Bolter weapons.
Besides being physically stronger, Primaris Marines also have better weaponry than Space Marines, making them significantly stronger in the ranking. In a direct fight, a Primaris would win every battle against a Space Marine, while also bringing the same qualifications as a soldier.
