Borderlands 4 was released only on September 12, 2025, yet a player has already achieved all achievements on Steam. He showcased this in a post on X. In addition to this remarkable achievement, he has also managed to get all characters to level 50 and explains how he did it.
What kind of player is he? On x.com, Ben Cureton posted that he managed to achieve all currently available achievements in Borderlands 4 on Steam. That’s a total of 35. He also mentions that he has all 4 classes at level 50. He concludes his post with: Now I can start to play properly. Time to farm.
Ben Cureton is a Principal Designer at the development studio Gunfire Games. The American studio is known among other things for the two Remnant games, which rely on builds and classes as third-person shooters, and the action title Darksiders 3 from 2018. According to Moby Games, Cureton also worked on Marvel Avengers.
In the comments, he explains how he achieved all achievements and also the maximum levels of the classes.
The biggest grind was the character levels
How did he accomplish that? In the comments, he explains that he was able to play the game before the official release (x.com). He continues that he spent many hours. The true grind
was, however, just the maximum levels of all classes, which he needed to unlock the skins for the hover bike.
He is probably referring to the achievement, The Outer Values
, for which you must obtain 60 cosmetic items. To level the characters as quickly as possible, he focused on the contract missions and bounties that you receive at bulletin boards.
How difficult is it to achieve all achievements? Many achievements are easily obtained by playing through the story. You should always take all side missions or world events along; that’s simply targeted completion.

One of the more difficult achievements will likely also be Gear Five
