The upcoming Free2Play MMO Skyforge showcases Alakur as the next in a panoramic view.
The world of Aelion, where Skyforge is set, is plagued by constant invasions of alien and bizarre life forms. Alakur was once a paradise island and the home of one of the world’s most beautiful temples, dedicated to the goddess Ianna. Peace reigned until the flesh-eating Pyhtonides invaded. They have power over the local flora and command everything that grows and flourishes.
Wherever the mysterious strangers settle, everything quickly becomes overgrown. They have also taken the temple under green control. And in their wake are alluring Dryads and giant mushrooms.
What appears on the surface to be a paradise, untouched island reveals itself upon closer inspection as a deceptive, green hell. For beneath the blooming plants lurk thorns, fangs, and poisonous dangers.
