In an interview (via Instagram), Rhea Seehorn talked about the role and explained that with the very low budget they didn’t even have money for real shoes: We played wizards, and the budget was so low that they didn’t have shoes, but they wanted us to look like we were wearing some kind of gladiator wizard boots or something. So we just wore knee socks with tape that we had wrapped around.

How did Rhea Seehorn’s career progress? Her first live-action role aside from the Magic tutorial was according to IMDb in the series Homicide in 1997, but only for one episode. After that, she regularly had smaller roles, while larger roles appeared in the less known series I´m with Her (2003-2004) or Alex and Whitney – Sex without Marriage (2011-2013).
Her probably most known role before Pluribus was in Better Call Saul between 2015 and 2022. The series also comes from the pen of Vince Gilligan.
