The 15th season of Diablo 3 is starting today. Many fresh characters will be starting and battling in rankings for the top spots.
When does it start? The 15th season of Diablo 3 starts today, September 21st, at 5:00 PM. Players on PS4 and Xbox One will begin on September 22nd at 02:00 AM CET.
Update: 6:00 PM – The launch of Season 15 has faced some issues. It was supposed to start at 5:00 PM, but it did not go as planned. Players had to wait for an hour until the gates to Season 15 opened at 6:00 PM. Console players might also start at 3:00 AM instead of 2:00 AM.
What happens then? A new season in Diablo 3 means players can create seasonal characters. These start at level 1 and must slash through hordes of monsters to quickly reach the maximum level of 70. There are no experience points, gold, gear, or other help from older characters.
Season 15 – What to Expect?
Which patch is being played? Season 15 continues on patch 2.6.1 – There have been no balance changes or other gameplay adjustments since Season 14.
What’s new then? The new season theme grants you double the amount of Horadric Caches. If you complete five bounties, you will receive two caches instead of just one.
