Sailor Galaxia has a unique position and is one of the Sailor warriors with perhaps the saddest backstory. She was once the most powerful of all warriors and fought for good. After defeating Chaos, she imprisoned it in her body.
However, this led to Chaos increasingly taking over her. As a villain, she became a feared ruler who destroyed several planets. She stole the star crystals from the Sailor warriors of the respective planets. Fortunately, she was stopped by the currently most powerful warrior.
Place 1: Sailor Moon

What kind of ranking would it be if the warrior for love and justice did not come in at number 1? In the anime, Sailor Moon manages to defeat most of her opponents. Even Sailor Galaxia, who was considered the most powerful warrior in the galaxy, was able to be defeated by her.
Bunny Tsukino is not only Sailor Moon but also Neo Queen Serenity and Sailor Cosmos in one person. She rules over the entire planet Earth and gives its inhabitants the power to live a nearly immortal life. With such immense power, she deserves to occupy the 1st place in the ranking.
