KPop Demon Hunters is the new hit movie on Netflix. Since its release about four weeks ago, it has been a fixture in the Top 10 of the streaming service. The animated film is celebrated, among other reasons, because K-Pop fans feel understood by it. No wonder, that it is still breaking records.
At the center of the story is the band HUNTR/X. It consists of the girls Rumi, Zoey, and Mira. Together, they fight demons that want to harm the human world. But who actually does the most work?

The HUNTR/X from KPop Demon Hunters in the Ranking
Rank 3: Zoey
Zoey’s weapons are throwing knives, which she primarily uses for ranged combat. With them, she can eliminate multiple enemies from a distance, allowing Mira and Rumi to focus on close combat. In a pinch, she can also use her throwing knives in close encounters.
However, Zoey is the weakest member when considering only pure strength. Her strength in combat lies elsewhere: She has a good sense of rhythm and is a fast rapper, which allows her to excel in battle with speed and agility.
Rank 2: Mira
Mira is the most talented dancer in the group and has several traits that make her a strong fighter:
- She wields a Woldo as a weapon, a long staff with a blade at the end. This weapon is suitable for both slaughtering large numbers of demons and for defense. She single-handedly takes out an entire horde of demons in the film.
- She is the tallest member of HUNTR/X and is portrayed in the film as very strong. She uses her height in combination with the leverage of her weapon to defeat the demons.
- She even protects the other members in battle to prevent them from getting hurt. She is truly a jack of all trades.
In terms of her physical abilities, Mira would actually be ranked number 1 in this ranking. But Rumi has one thing over her.
Rank 1: Rumi
Rumi is not only the leader of HUNTR/X but also the strongest demon hunter in the group. Her superior strength has several reasons. After Rumi accepts her true nature, she finds peace within herself and becomes even stronger.
Additionally, she is half-demon. She is the daughter of a human demon hunter and a demon. Therefore, she inherently possesses superhuman abilities that surpass the strength of her colleagues.
Furthermore, Rumi absorbs the soul of a powerful demon during the film. As a result, her already impressive powers increase immensely and give her an even greater reservoir of demonic energy.
