In the latest episode of One Piece, Garp shows what power lies within him. The Vice Admiral is already 78 years old, but he is no less than the young fighters. He uses his ultimate attack, with which he turns part of a city into ruins.

How strong is Garp? Monkey D. Garp is Ruffy’s grandfather and at the age of 78 after the time skip. But he still has a lot to offer at his age. In Manga Chapter 1080, we were able to witness his Galaxy Impact
attack.
In the manga, the attack was only depicted as a large energy sphere. With its implementation in the anime, it has finally received the appearance we would expect from a galaxy attack. The X account of newworldartur shows the gigantic attack:
Instead of a mundane energy sphere, we see Garp hurtling to Earth from space as a meteor. His attack creates a gigantic wave of energy that dissolves the houses in the nearby area.
The attack seems so exaggerated, that he actually deserves a place among the strongest fighters without a Devil Fruit. Unfortunately, it is uncertain what happened to Garp after the events on the island. But in his prime, he would definitely have made it to the top spots.

What happens in Episode 1114? One episode before For the dear student. The fist of Vice Admiral Garp!
Korby was already freed by Perona from the Blackbeard pirates’ prison. The SWORD division of the Marines had set out to rescue the Marine soldier.
In the new episode, additional members of the unit are introduced. One of them is Garp. He destroys part of the island where Korby was held captive with his Galaxy Impact. It is the base of the Blackbeard pirate gang.
