Although Bartholomeo’s bounty is only slightly less than Sai’s, we placed him in 2nd place in this ranking. His true combat power unfolds when he can somehow support Ruffy. He has been a gigantic fan of the pirates since the early days of the Straw Hat crew.
Bartholomew is a ruthless and brutal pirate who even cut off a fighter’s tongue during the battles in Dress Rosa. He is even willing to die for his big stars.
With the help of the Barrier Fruit, he can create invisible barriers. These can protect him and his allies from attacks. His combat strength increases to the point where he can even defeat vice admirals.
Cavendish
The pirate prince Cavendish fights his way to 1st place in our ranking. He has the highest bounty of all the captains in the Grand Fleet. He himself is an excellent swordsman and was considered one of the favorites in the tournament at Dress Rosa. His sword Durandal is among the best swords in the world.
He masters both Armament and Observation Haki. In his fight against Don Chinjao, it became clear that his opponent had enormous respect for him and even referred to him as talented. This statement is so remarkable because he himself had a bounty of over 500 million berry.
