The battle royale shooter H1Z1 received its major combat update, which brings many changes. Among other things, the gunplay has been improved, a new weapon has been introduced, and there are now new points of interest on the map.
H1Z1: King of the Kill is like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds a battle royale online shooter, where over 100 players kill each other until only one (or one team) is left. Recently, H1Z1: King of the Kill fell behind its competitor PUBG. But a major update is supposed to make H1Z1 competitive again.
H1Z1: King of The Kill – Everything new thanks to the Combat Update
The combat update for H1Z1: King of the Kill is no small feat and brings massive changes to the battle royale game. These include:
- New weapon “Hellfire 4-6”: This new submachine gun fires quickly and is suitable for close quarters combat and pinning down opponents.
- Improved gunplay: All weapons have been overhauled to improve balance and give each rifle and pistol a unique gunplay. Each weapon now has a fixed role.
- Dynamic camera: The camera system has been optimized for better overview and visibility of characters. Looting and character movements are now easier and smoother.
- New points of interest on the map: Five new Points-of-Interest (POIs) have been added: East Valley Shopping Center, Harris County Fairgrounds, CWP Water Treatment Authority, CWP Utilities Compound 62, and a revamped Sunny Pines residential area.
- Improved navigation: The compass has been revised to facilitate navigation. You can also now set waypoint markers on the map.
H1Z1: King of The Kill – New game mode “Weapons Roulette”
In addition, there are further innovations, for example, you can now use throwable weapons more easily, and the bleeding mechanic has also been simplified and adjusted. Furthermore, there is a new game mode “Weapon Roulette”.
