Riders of Icarus offers you a very special Valentine’s Day event. You can win a date with a real Game Master! To do this, you have to give it your all and win the heart of your favorite GMs.
The Game Masters of Riders of Icarus are working tirelessly for you, ensuring the smooth running of the game and addressing players’ concerns. Whenever a poor hero is stuck somewhere or being teased by evil trolls, the brave GMs are there to help. But as soon as the problem is solved, the helpful beings disappear again, leaving some players in awe, sighing, “When will I see you again, GM?”
Win the hearts of the Game Masters!
For Valentine’s Day, some MMORPGs come up with fun and cheeky events, but Riders of Icarus has the coolest version of Valentine’s Day so far. Instead of winning some pink items or throwing roses, you can actually get a romantic date in this mount MMO.
And not with just any random players, but with the aforementioned GMs of the game! In the forum of Riders of Icarus, the GMs have started a campaign. From February 2nd to February 13th, you can try to impress the GMs enough for them to grant you a date. For players in Europe, the dates would take place between 8:00 PM and 3:00 AM (CET) on February 16th.

Each date lasts one hour, and what you do with the GM is up to you. Possible suggestions could include chatting, a romantic gondola ride, photo shoots, or even a speedrun in God Mode through endgame areas to farm items. A list of the GMs can be found in the forum of Riders of Icarus in the sources section.
If you want a date, you need to impress the corresponding GM sufficiently, for example with a poem, funny photos, handmade drawings, and much more. The profiles of the GMs will give you tips on what he or she likes. Good luck with your romantic endeavors!
