In the fast-paced shooter Quake Champions, you will soon be able to play as a well-known character from Wolfenstein. A huge tournament is waiting at QuakeCon.
During Bethesda’s press conference at the E3 event, new information was revealed about the fast-paced shooter Quake Champions. The game was presented as a major eSports title that will soon showcase its potential in a big tournament.
Additionally, the character BJ Blazkowicz, whom many of you probably remember from Wolfenstein, is now available in the game’s beta.

A new character with a familiar face: BJ Blazkowicz from Wolfenstein is now a playable character in the closed beta of Quake Champions. In the trailer, Bethesda gives you a glimpse into maps, weapons, gameplay, and the new character.
Quake World Championships in August
The showcased trailer also mentions the Quake World Championships, which will take place on August 26, 2017, at QuakeCon. Anyone can participate, and the prize pool is one million dollars. More details about the Quake tournament will be released soon.
Quake Champions Open Beta Active
Bethesda also has good news for players among you who want to participate in the game’s testing phase. Quake Champions is back in open beta and has spots available for you.
