The most important question first. When do the servers for PUBG on Xbox One start?
The Xbox One beta release will take place in Germany on December 12 at 12 AM. As it has been announced, new servers will gradually go online, making it easier for players to find teammates for matches over time. Regarding the download, it is known that it will take about 30 GB of storage. However, it is stated in the Xbox Store that the download of the regular version of PUBG is only 5.34 GB. It is suspected that the larger package could be the Xbox One X version.

In online shooters on consoles, control always plays an important role. Therefore, many are wondering how this works on the Xbox One controller. There have already been some hints regarding PUBG on the Xbox One controller:
- The controls were developed in collaboration between Microsoft, the Xbox Advanced Technology Group, and Gears of War developer The Coalition
- The controls are designed to flexibly manage equipment and survive in dangerous game areas

PUBG and the Xbox One X
- PUBG is optimized for Xbox One X, so “Xbox One X Enhanced“. All in all, it should provide improved graphics.
- On the Xbox One X, HDR is activated. HDR makes images appear more natural, detailed, and realistic due to a wider color depth.
- PUBG will only run at 30FPS on Xbox One X, even though more is possible
- No information is available about 4k support

Xbox as Early Access, PC soon in release
The PUBG Xbox One release is part of the Game Preview Program. Basically, it is an Early Access phase. If you want to buy PUBG for Xbox One, you can do so via the Xbox Store for around 30 Euros. Pre-orders are already possible. You can also buy PUBG via Amazon.
The PUBG Xbox One beta will still contain several bugs and other issues, so player feedback is important. Cross-play in PUBG between PC and Xbox One is planned, but there are currently no further details available. By the way, PUBG on Xbox One lags behind the PC version, but you can climb immediately.
The PC version of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds has received a release date. It is December 20. Then the desert map Miramar will also be included. And the PS4 version? Here it is said that Microsoft is allegedly trying to prevent PUBG from appearing on PS4.
