The eight most well-known myths in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds have been put to the test regarding their truthfulness by a YouTuber named DefendTheHouse in a myth-buster video. These myths are:
- Anyone standing under a dropped loot box gets squashed
- Frying pans can stop not only bullets but also bolts from a crossbow
- Anyone who falls to their death can still be revived
- Anyone who drowns can still be revived
- It is possible to punch other players out of a moving vehicle
- If grenades are hit, they explode even if held in hand or carried on the body
- Crossbow bolts penetrate their targets and can cause multi-kills
- You can do a double somersault on a motorcycle
