An Indian streamer from Playersunknown’s Battleground (PUBG) has felt that the developers do not like it when you showcase other games. He tested Call of Duty Mobile and was banned from a PUBG event for it.
Which streamer is it about? This is Animesh “Thug” Agarwal. He regularly streams on YouTube and has over 150,000 subscribers there. He is particularly known for videos about the mobile version of PUBG.
However, Thug also looked at this game during the release of Call of Duty Mobile on October 1. This, however, did not sit well with the developers of PUBG.
PUBG bans Thug from event – He inquires about CoD Mobile

After that, Thug reached out to CoD Mobile and said: “Hey, CoD Mobile, are you still looking for content creators in India?”
Here was the streamer invited: Thug was supposed to be a prominent guest at the tour of PUBG mobile gamers from India. The final of this tournament series takes place on October 20 and has a prize pool of about $210,000.

Why is PUBG reacting this way? This is something that can only be speculated about. Call of Duty Mobile was a huge hit right at launch and reached number 1 in various app stores. Additionally, the game set a new record for downloads in the first week.
It is quite conceivable that the competitor PUBG does not take it well when one of their content creators also streams this game.
Now it remains to be seen whether Thug’s ban will stand or if PUBG will lift it after the streamer has made the issue public.
Recently, PUBG made headlines when they incorporated a cool new feature into the game:
