Here are the free games for PS4 in March 2018:
Bloodborne: The gaming hit from the makers of “Dark Souls” opens the gates to Yharnam. Ratchet & Clank: This is a version of the PS2 classic Ratchet & Clank. The remake is an updated and expanded version of the game, featuring new weapons, levels, and collectible items.

You can download the games starting March 6, 2018. Until then, the “PS Plus” games for February will be available for download.
Furthermore, the official PlayStation blog announced that starting March 8, 2019, the monthly PS Plus titles will only be games for PS4. There will be no more titles for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
