In Soma, you explore a creepy world filled with advanced technology, where you will encounter some surprises and secrets. You take on the role of Canadian Simon Jarrett, navigating from a first-person perspective. There is no combat system, you must run away from enemies and hide.
Price and rating: With over 6700 ratings, Soma has a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars in the PlayStation Store. Currently, it costs 28.49 euros there – which you save with PS Plus in December.

- “Existential horror” is commonplace in Soma. The game starts with simple scares but becomes increasingly disturbing. It is said to be so scary that it even frightened the developers.

Onrush (PS4)
What is Onrush? This is an action arcade racing game developed by Codemasters that was released in June 2018. It can be played solo or in multiplayer with up to 12 other players.
Price and rating: In the PlayStation Store, Onrush has received 75 ratings with an overall rating of 4 stars. Currently, it costs 69.99 euros in the store, but it is much cheaper at other retailers. In December, you can get it for free with PS Plus.
This is what makes Onrush special:
- You drive various vehicles that have unique abilities and allow for different gameplay styles.
- You work together as a team to earn points, XP, medals, and boosts. The goal is to defeat the opposing team. There are several game modes.
- You race at breakneck speeds over various tracks, fly hundreds of meters through the air, catapult yourself over cliffs, and perform wild stunts.
- In doing so, you frequently crash into other vehicles to destroy them.
Onrush is a game for you if you enjoy nonsensical, but fast-paced and action-packed racing fun, like smashing other cars, and want to try a different kind of racing. Onrush is a team game you can try out with your online friends.
