A porn site has now released its statistics on which console users access it more frequently: The Playstation has seen a significant increase compared to last year, while the Xbox has declined.
Pornhub is one of the largest sites in the world by pure traffic, ranking in the top 50. Their analysts have now evaluated all the statistics on what users are searching for, how holidays affect traffic, and much more.
Germany is, by the way, the fifth largest nation on the site, ahead of the French.
One statistic is particularly interesting for gamers: The ratio of Xbox users to Playstation users has shifted significantly compared to 2015. While only 37.9% of console users now access the porn site via an Xbox, stationary Playstation consoles have surged to 46.9%.
The Playstation increased by 17.5%, while the Xbox lost 17.2%. This could not only provide insight into the activities of users of each console but also show how the “Console War” was going in 2015.
While both sides have ammunition here: Playstation players can argue with significantly better sales figures. Xbox players could smirk and say: What else would you do on the Playstation?
On November 10, when Fallout 4 was released, the website noticed a significantly changed browsing behavior among gamers. In the early morning hours, there was 5% more traffic than usual, but later in the morning and in the evening, there was a significant drop before it normalized again around midnight.
