Pokémon GO is currently all about the new Dynamax feature. A new event will bring you the next monster directly.
What kind of event is this? The Psychic Spectacle has been announced in Pokémon GO. This event has taken place in previous years and is returning from Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM until Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 8:00 PM.
In addition to some bonuses, many familiar and a new Pokémon, you can expect the debut of a strong Pokémon for the Dynamax battles.

Which new Dynamax Pokémon will be in the event? The event will feature Tanhel, the Pokémon from Generation 3 with the Steel and Psychic types, as a Dynamax monster in level 3 battles.
Since the final evolution of Tanhel, Metagross, is among the strongest attackers in Pokémon GO, this will likely add a strong attacker for the Dynamax battles.
What Pokémon will be in the event? Brimova, the Psychic Pokémon from Generation 8, will make its debut in the event. It can evolve into Brimano and then into Silembrim.

What bonuses are there in the event? The bonuses of the event are quite strong and can help you replenish your supplies of stardust and candies.
- Double stardust when catching Pokémon
- Additional candies when catching with nice, great, or fantastic throws
- Increased chance for XL candies when catching with nice, great, or fantastic throws (starting from Trainer level 31)
Additional content of the event: This event will also have collector challenges where you must collect Pokémon. For this, you will receive rewards of stardust, experience points, and encounters with Brimova.
There will also be PokéStop showcases again, where you can participate with Pokémon from the event.
For $2 (approximately €2), you can purchase a paid limited-time research. For successfully completing it, you will receive an incubator, a super incubator, a star piece, 15,000 experience points, and encounters with Bubungus and Brimova.
