Together with Ninjatom as a breakthrough, there are also new field research missions around the Bug type in Pokémon GO in November 2018.
The new field research brings the chance to encounter several shiny Pokémon and you can catch the next form of the Pokémon Pandir. In November, everything revolves around the Bug type, meaning there will primarily be Bug-type Pokémon as rewards.
Additionally, the new Pokémon Nincada, Ninjask, and Ninjatom from Generation 3 are also making their way into the game through the field research.
Quests in November in Pokémon GO – Nincada & Co.
New Pokémon from Gen 3: In November, players can finally obtain Nincada from quests. This was one of the missing Pokémon from Generation 3. With 50 candies, you can evolve Nincada into Ninjask.

Pandir Form 7 in Pokémon GO
Along with the new field research missions, a new form of Pandir is also coming to Pokémon GO this month. Until now, trainers could catch forms 1, 3, and 8. Now, there is also Form 7 in Pokémon GO.
8 different forms: Pandir appears in 8 different forms. After Form 7, four additional forms are still missing, which will most likely be available in the coming months in Pokémon GO.
Form Number 7: Notably, Form Number 7 has a large spot between its eyes and another spot on its left ear.
New Shiny Family Available
As Niantic previously announced, Raupy can now be caught in its shiny form. By evolving it, you can also obtain Safcon and Smettbo in their shiny forms.
Collect Taubsi: To increase the chance of encountering a shiny Raupy, it is wise to collect Taubsi. The quest “Evolve two Taubsi” gives players the opportunity to obtain a Raupy that can also be shiny. So, collect this quest and Taubsi, so you can evolve them together.
More chances for shiny Pokémon: The quests from this month give players many possibilities for shiny Pokémon. For example, you can also obtain a shiny Tannza from the quests. This is a Pokémon that does not appear frequently in the wild. But Pokémon like Evoli or Karpador can also become shiny.
Pinsir Quest: After the shiny version of Pinsir was introduced during the Safari Zone in Taiwan, trainers worldwide now have the chance to more easily obtain Pinsir. Pinsir is a Pokémon that does not often appear in the wild. Therefore, it is convenient to be able to get it through a quest now.
