In Pokémon GO the event Visit from the Ultra Dimension
begins. It heralds the GO Fest 2024 and brings you a lot of Ultra Beasts in advance.
What kind of event is this? The event Visit from the Ultra Dimension
heralds the great global GO Fest 2024, which takes place from July 13, 2024 to July 14, 2024. Accordingly, you can already start hunting for the coveted Ultra Beasts during this event.
When does the event take place? The event will start on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM. It runs until Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM.

Which Ultra Beasts are there in the event? In the event, you can find a different Ultra Beast in 5*-raids every day. Additionally, each Ultra Beast will have a raid hour from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Monday, July 8: Schlingking*
- Tuesday, July 9: Anego*
- Wednesday, July 10: Kaguron* (Southern Hemisphere), Katagami* (Northern Hemisphere)
- Thursday, July 11: Muramura (Eastern Hemisphere), Kopplosio (Western Hemisphere)
- Friday, July 12: Masskito* (America and Greenland), Schabelle* (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India), Voltriant* (Asia-Pacific)
All Ultra Beasts marked with a * may also appear in their shiny form.
What bonuses are there in the event? Within the event, there are various bonuses, some of which even extend beyond the event and will still be active during the GO Fest 2024.
- Remote raid limit increased to 20 remote raids (from July 8, 2024 to July 11, 2024)
- Remote raid limit completely lifted (from July 12, 2024 to July 14, 2024)
- A guaranteed XL candy when trainers trade Pokémon from level 31 (from July 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM to July 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM)
Limited research: A free limited research is also available during the event. You will encounter the Pokémon that you can find in raids as a reward.
Global challenge: Additionally, a global challenge will be unlocked during the event, which all trainers worldwide must complete together. The challenge starts on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at 01:00 AM. The challenge can be completed until Friday, July 12, 2024, at 09:00 PM.
If the global challenge is successfully completed, there are 2 rewards for all trainers. On one hand, the team power will recharge faster in raid battles until July 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM when you participate in raids with team play.
On the other hand, there will be what are called Ultra Balls during GO Fest 2024. You will receive these when you want to catch Ultra Beasts. These balls will make it easier to catch the Ultra Beasts.
Pokémon backgrounds: If you catch certain Pokémon after a raid battle during the event, you have the chance to get a special background. This will be visible when you look at your Pokémon’s summary.
This feature was previously only available to trainers who attended certain live events of Pokémon GO.
Event ticket: You can purchase a ticket for the event for $5 (approximately €5). This is available from Monday, July 8, 2024, at 10:00 AM until Sunday, July 14, 2024, at 06:00 PM. Besides a limited research, the ticket also includes various raid bonuses.
This means that both the research and the bonuses will also be usable during GO Fest 2024.
Raid bonuses:
- 5,000 additional experience points for a successful raid
- Double amount of stardust for 5*-raids
- 1 additional candy after 5*-raids
- 1 additional XL candy after 5*-raids
- Up to 2 additional raid passes for spinning gyms

- 10 Cosmog candies
- 5 Anego XL candies
- 5 Masskito XL candies
- 5 Schabelle XL candies
- 5 Voltriant XL candies
- 5 Kaguron XL candies

You must redeem the rewards by Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 08:00 PM at the latest to receive them.
