Today, on June 15th, there are problems logging into Pokémon GO. Players logging in via the Pokémon Trainer Club are reporting server issues.
Apparently, there are currently disruptions with the Pokémon Trainer Club. Players trying to connect to Pokémon GO using this account are unable to access the game. These issues first occurred Thursday evening around 9:15 PM and have not yet been resolved.
Niantic is aware of the login problems with Pokémon GO and is investigating the reports.
Update: The issues with the PTC login should now be resolved.
Pokémon GO Server Down June 15th (Trainer Club)
On Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit, reports have been piling up in the last few minutes about login issues with Pokémon GO. However, not all trainers are affected, mainly players who are logging in via the PTC (Pokémon Trainer Club).
On Reddit and Twitter, Niantic’s support has already responded to the issues and is looking into the reports. As soon as we have more information regarding these problems, we will update this article.
