In Pokémon GO, you can now catch a new Shiny in the wild. This was last available in the party version – and trainers apparently miss it.
This Shiny is now in the wild: If you are currently on a Shiny hunt, you should also keep an eye out for Wurmple. The little worm is now also available in the wild as a Shiny. Twitter user Rhys Marsh was successful in quickly finding the new Shiny:
The find was also shared on Reddit, where it sparked a discussion. Because: Players suddenly miss a beloved detail about Wurmple.
Shiny Wurmple is here, but the party is over
This is the role of a hat: It wasn’t long ago that many players were suddenly looking for Wurmple with party hats. Because the party variant was available in eggs for a while – by the way, also as a Shiny. Although it is not one of the particularly strong Pokémon, it became a fan favorite.
But the party time is over and Shiny Wurmple appears without a hat in the wild. A detail that surprisingly triggered strong reactions among trainers:

User run_the_trvp apparently plunged the hatless Shiny into a moderate philosophical crisis:
“Could this be a metaphor that we are losing our ability to party in order to look ‘cool’ and special for other people? We work all week long, never have time to celebrate, just to buy things, just to impress or be ‘cool.’ I don’t know, food for thought lol.”
The other users are primarily happy for the catcher and hope to add the little worm to their collection soon.
