Today the Rock Event in Pokémon GO ends. More frequent Aerodactyl are only available for a few more hours – hurry up!
Since last Thursday, the Adventure Week in Pokémon GO has been active. Many bonuses, such as more frequent Rock Pokémon and cheaper Poké Balls, are part of this event. If you want to take advantage of the rewards and bonuses, you should hurry. Tonight, the event will end, and the Pokémon spawns and prices will return to “normal”.
The Adventure Week started on May 18 and ends on May 25.
Rock Event End
Time is running out until the end of the Adventure Week. You can only use various bonuses until tonight to expand your Pokémon collection with a few Rock monsters. Officially, it is stated that the Adventure Week will end tonight around 10:00 PM (1:00 PM PDT).
Usually, the end of an event in Pokémon GO depends on whether there were technical issues during the event time. In that case, the event will be extended to compensate for these disruptions. Even though the official end is supposed to be at 10:00 PM, the Rock Event could very well go late into the night. We will update this article when we have more information on this.
Adventure Week Entices with Monsters and PokéStop Loot
During the past week, there have been many bonuses for trainers in Pokémon GO. The Adventure Week brings you more items from PokéStops and 50% off Poké Balls until tonight. Additionally, your buddy Pokémon find candy four times faster when you are out with them.
To fill your collection with interesting monsters, there are increased chances of finding Rock Pokémon like Aerodactyl in the wild during Adventure Week.
What Other Events Could There Be?
We think that Niantic continues to plan events that make certain Pokémon types appear more frequently. For example, a Fire Event could be on the horizon, offering strong rewards for trainers at the start of summer.
