Counter Pokémon: These are the best attackers
Registeel is generally considered particularly weak against Fire Pokémon as a pure Steel type.
Reshiram: Is one of the best attackers in Pokémon GO with the moves Fire Fang and Overheat. Reshiram takes only low damage from Registeel but hits back much harder against the Steel Pokémon.
Skelabra: Just behind Reshiram, Skelabra ranks as one of the best counters with the moves Fire Whirl and Overheat against Registeel. Whether you have Reshiram or Skelabra makes little difference.
Lucario: Lucario is also a great attacker with its Fighting moves Counter and Aura Sphere. It cannot match Reshiram and Skelabra in terms of damage dealt, thus landing in third place.

Registeel has no special moves – It’s easy to counter
Registeel is a relatively easy raid boss: Since Registeel is a pure Steel type, you can take advantage of three major weaknesses: Fire, Fighting, and Ground. Additionally, the legendary Pokémon does not shine with any special move combinations either. Its stats are also relatively weak for a legendary Pokémon.
