In Pokémon GO, there are certain Pokémon that you can encounter more often as shiny than others. We have listed those for you.
What are shiny Pokémon? In the world of Pokémon, there are Pokémon that have a different color combination than the regular representatives of their species. These are called shiny Pokémon.
While the chance of encountering a shiny Pokémon may be increased during events, it is generally quite low in Pokémon GO. It is assumed that the chance is 1 in 512 to encounter a shiny Pokémon.
In addition to Pokémon that naturally have a higher stardust bonus when caught, there are also Pokémon that have an increased shiny chance without events. The estimated chance here is 1 in 64. We will list which Pokémon these are here.
