The arrival of Generation 4 is exciting for trainers in Pokémon GO. You can now find monsters from the Sinnoh region everywhere, waiting in eggs, in the wild, or in raids. We will show you here who you are currently fighting against in the raids of Pokémon GO.
New Raids after Gen 4 Release – Raid List
Since October 16, trainers in Pokémon GO can find the following raid bosses in various difficulty levels from 1-5.
Who is new? To celebrate the Sinnoh Pokémon, Niantic has added several of them as defenders in gyms. Among them is Sheinux, which you can catch in its shiny form with some luck. You can find the new monsters in Tier 1 raids. They should be no problem for a trainer alone.
You can find the new Pokémon from Generation 4 in Tier 1 raids:
- Zirpurze
- Sheinux (can be Shiny)
- Haspiror
- Bidiza
You can now find these bosses in Tier 2 raids:
- Alola-Kokowei
- Sniebel
- Kirlia
- Schlurp
- Flunkifer
You can now find these bosses in Tier 3 raids:
- Alola-Raichu
- Machomei
- Keifel
- Porygon
- Tangela
You can now find these bosses in Tier 4 raids:
- Absol
- Alola-Knogga
- Stolloss
- Despotar

- Deoxys (EX Raids)
What you should know about Generation 4
New Sinnoh monsters: Niantic released the first wave with Pokémon from Generation 4 on October 16. These monsters from Gen 4 have been confirmed so far.
Innocent players with ban warnings: Upon the release of the new monsters, many trainers received a cheat warning, claiming their innocence.
Problems with the catch screen: Some trainers get stuck on a white screen when they want to catch Pokémon.
