In dark raid eggs, legendary Pokémon are waiting to battle against you in Pokémon GO. Mewtwo, Zapdos, and more can be found in legendary eggs.
The new raids in Pokémon GO are battles against powerful monsters for up to 20 trainers per group. More and more trainers are now being allowed for raid battles. Initially, you had to be at least level 35, but the level requirement for raids has already been reduced.
Currently, you will find yellow and pink eggs with difficulty levels 1-4 in the game. In the less known dark eggs are very special monsters: the legendary Pokémon like Mewtwo, Lugia, and Entei. They belong to difficulty level 5 and are currently not yet released.
Legendary Raid Eggs
The legendary raid bosses are assigned to the raid difficulty “5” and likely require many trainers to be defeated. So far, there is no exact date for when we will finally come into contact with the legendary monsters. We only know that they hatch from the legendary raid eggs. This information comes from the data mining of PokémonGOHub.
Then you will likely have the chance to catch the legendary Pokémon after a successful battle. This is also how it works with the other raids where the raid bosses hatch from eggs. After you defeat them, their CP decreases and you can try to catch them with special Poké Balls. You can find an overview of the raid bosses with difficulty levels here.

In the displayed list from PokémonGOHub, you have an overview of the legendary monsters that we could expect in the game soon. For example, “Mew” is not included. Will the monster come into the game in other ways?
Not much is known about the legendary Pokémon in Pokémon GO so far. The latest information suggests that there will be legendary raids only for particularly active gym fighters.
