At the Dortmund Pokémon GO Festival, there is a special research for Jirachi. We will show you the individual stages and tell you how to best complete the quest.
What kind of special research is this? This tasks are exclusively available at the GO Fest in Dortmund. You will need a ticket for the event to be able to complete these quests.
The quest line will ultimately reward you with the mysterious Pokémon Jirachi. Before that, you will encounter many other Pokémon and can collect many important items.
Special research at the GO Fest in Dortmund – The Quests
In total, you need to complete 5 stages to finish the special research. The tasks are not too difficult, so you will be able to complete the quest line effortlessly on your event day.

- Catch 5 different Steel-type Pokémon
- Reward: Encounter with a Magnezone
- Catch 5 different Bug-type Pokémon
- Reward: Encounter with a Scizor

- Trade 3 Pokémon that have a distance of at least 100 km
- Reward: 3 Raid Passes
- Hatch 5 Eggs
- Reward: 3 Star Pieces
- Take 3 snapshots of Jirachi
- Reward: 1 Super Incubator
Reward for completing the stage: 20 Jirachi Candy, 5 Golden Razz Berries, 5000 Stardust
Things to consider for the quest: On almost all stages, you will receive a large amount of Stardust. When you are at the GO Fest, using a Star Piece is generally worth it. But especially activate it when you collect quest rewards. This way, you will benefit doubly.
Jirachi is already available at stage 4. The 5th stage only gives you more candies. Generally, it is important that you complete the first 3 stages during the GO Fest, as you can only do these at the GO Fest.
