User Accomplished-Call-22 uses a Samsung Galaxy a10e, which has been proven not to have a G-Sensor / gyroscope installed. On Twitter user oguzhan_dagasan writes that his screen does not rotate and he cannot evolve Iscalar. He uses a Samsung Galaxy J7, which only has a gyroscope in the Prime version. He may not have this version, which leads to the problem.
