In Pokémon GO there are now new raid bosses to find. We show you the list of new opponents and reveal which raid bosses are particularly worthwhile.
Why are there new raid bosses? Zekrom has entered the legendary raids and has also brought along suitable other raid bosses. These are Pokémon that can be used well as counters against Zekrom.
There are now some interesting counter Pokémon available, and rare shinies are currently available in the raids.
List of raid bosses for Zekrom
This is the list: The Pokémon have been compiled by trainers in the Subreddit of TheSilphRoad. They have all been sighted in raids:
| Raid Level | Raid Boss |
| Level 1 (pink egg) | Jurob* Sheinux* Praktibalk* Klikk* Petznief |
| Level 2 (pink egg) | Alola-Kokowei* Sniebel* Kirlia Flunkifer* Vibrava |
| Level 3 (yellow egg) | Alola-Digdri Donphan Keifel Azumarill Alola-Raichu* |
| Level 4 (yellow egg) | Lapras* Togetic Stalobor Galar-Smogmog Rizeros Alola-Knogga* |
| Level 5 (black egg) | Zekrom |
Which raid bosses are worthwhile? Strong counters against Zekrom include Sniebel, Keifel, and Stalobor. They or their evolutions are among the top counters.
Practibalk is also always useful. Its evolution Meistagrif is one of the best fighting attackers. For PvP, Alola-Raichu, Azumarill, Alola-Knogga, and Togetic are worthwhile. You can find them or their evolutions in our tier lists on the best PvP Pokémon.
The Alola Pokémon are also of interest to shiny hunters. For example, Raichu and Knogga can only be found in raids and are therefore among the rarest shinies in the game.
How long will the raid bosses last? The raid bosses will be available until the end of Zekrom at most. A precise date is not yet known, but one can expect about 3 weeks.
In between, some events will still take place, which may bring different raid bosses for that event period. After that, however, the above-mentioned raid bosses are likely to return.
