In Pokémon GO there are already the first hints for the Dynamax feature. Data miners now show how the feature could look like.
What is Dynamax? Dynamax is a feature from the main games of the Pokémon series, where monsters transform into gigantic versions of themselves. This temporary transformation boosts the Pokémon.
Meanwhile, there are already the first hints that the Dynamax feature will also be introduced in Pokémon GO. Screenshots have now appeared on Reddit showing how the feature could look in Pokémon GO.
Big Monsters, Big Balls
What can be seen in the screenshots? Overall, there are 7 screenshots posted in the article on Reddit. Here, primarily situations related to catching the Dynamax monsters can be seen.
The first screenshot shows where the area for finding and participating in Dynamax encounters could be. There is a new tab named Power Spot
in the area where you also find Pokémon nearby, raids, and routes.
It is noticeable that there are 3 displays in the upper area. The first is titled MP
. This could refer to Max particles that are needed to participate in Dynamax encounters.
The second display includes a distance display, which could indicate that a certain number of kilometers must be covered for participation in a Dynamax encounter to be possible.
Additionally, there is a display indicating the time during which participation in Dynamax is possible. It could therefore be that, similar to normal raids, there is a certain period during which the raids take place.

The other screenshots show excerpts of how the catching screen for Dynamax could look. Particularly interesting is the 4th screenshot, which shows a powered-up ball with the message Poké Ball powered up!
