From now on, trainers can buy a ticket for the Pokémon GO Fest 2022 finale. Is it worth it? We will show you all content and bonuses here.
What does the ticket cost? Currently, you can purchase the ticket for the GO Fest 2022 closing event in the shop of the game. There are different options depending on your situation:
- If you have already played the first global GO Fest 2022 with a ticket, you do not need another ticket. The old one is still valid.
- Note: Tickets for the local festivals in Berlin, Sapporo, and Seattle are not considered valid for the finale.
- If you didn’t have a ticket and want to buy it new, it costs 10.99 Euros.
- Trainers who already have a ticket can also gift discounted tickets (around 4.99 Euros) to friends – up to 3 pieces.
But is the ticket worth it? That depends on what bonuses you want to receive during the event. We summarize all the bonuses for the fest with and without a ticket here.
Without a Ticket: These Bonuses Are Available for Free at the GO Fest Finale 2022
If you do not buy a ticket, you can still obtain various bonuses during the event period. You simply need to play on August 27 between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
The bonuses without a ticket include:
- A short special research that all trainers receive
- Special spawns in the wild, distributed throughout the habitats of the day. A detailed overview of the available monsters for the GO Fest 2022 finale can be found here.
- Participation in raids. You can challenge the monsters in raids as usual. This includes the new Ultra Beasts as well. On that day you will find:
- Schabelle (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- Masskito (12:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
- Voltriant (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
- Anego and the other 3 again (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
- Additionally, you can change the form of Shaymin starting at 10:00 AM if you already have it.
- The monster Somniam appears for the first time as Shiny in the game. But you will need luck to catch it.
These Bonuses Are Available Only with a Ticket at the GO Fest Finale 2022
If you own a ticket, there are further possible bonuses you can receive. These include:
- Special spawns if you use smoke
- Icognito B, G, N, O, P, S, X (all day)
- Galar-Pantimos & Vegimak (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- Qurtel & Grillmak (12:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
- Klikk & Sodamak (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
- Tropus & Quabble (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
- 3 additional special researches throughout the day.
- One special research includes Zenith Form Shaymin
- Half egg-hatch distance
- Up to 9 free raid passes from gyms
- Triple XP for spinning gyms and stops
- Additional 5,000 XP for winning raids
- Smoke lasts two hours
- 5 snapshot surprises
