What can you expect today at the event? The 6th Community Day in Pokémon GO takes place today, on June 16. There are rewards such as more experience points or extended incense: But above all, you will find Shiny Larvitar during the event, which you can evolve into Shiny Pupitar and Shiny Tyranitar.

When does the Community Day start and how long does it last? In Germany, the Community Day starts today at 11:00 AM and lasts for three hours. During this time, you will find an increased number of Larvitar, the Rock and Ground Pokémon, in the wild.
Confirmation from participants: Trainers from Asia were already able to participate in the Community Day and confirm what many are hoping for: Shiny Larvitar. While the Shiny version of the exclusive monsters has been available at each of the last Community Days, Niantic never officially announces it. Accordingly, the community waits for confirmation at each event.
