- A Zamazenta or Zacian that knows the charged attack “Iron Head”
- 1,000 Form Change Energy
- For Zacian, you need Energy: King of the Sword
- For Zamazenta, you need Energy: King of the Shield
- Click your Pokémon in the collection. Scroll down, you will find the corresponding screen there.
- Important: Once you have changed the form of your specimen, you can change it back to this monster as you like, without further costs.

How do I get energy for the form change? There are several ways to do that.
- Defeat Zacian or Zamazenta in their King forms in raids during the GO Fest. After the raid, you will receive energy. Collect as much as you can to reach 1,000.
- Important: You catch the normal hero form after the raid. The King form is only available through the form change.

How strong is Zacian: King of the Sword in Pokémon GO
New attack: By transforming into the King of the Sword, the attack “Iron Head” changes into the attack “Behemoth Blade”. This attack also brings an adventure effect that boosts all your Pokémon’s attacks in raids and dynamax battles for 6 minutes if activated. Activation costs 5,000 Stardust and 5 Zacian candies.
How strong is Zacian: King of the Sword? In short: It is currently the measure of all things in the Master League. Zacian’s King form is ranked as the new number one in the Master League by PvPoke. Its typing of Fairy and Steel makes it extremely dangerous against many other favorites in the league.
And in raids? Even there, Zacian’s King form is one of the absolute best attackers in Pokémon GO. In short: Top Pokémon, catch it if possible.
By the way: You can even use the Pokémon in Dynamax battles. Its powerful attack Behemoth Blade can be trained just like Dynamax attacks, and it can learn both Dynamax Wall and Dynamax Spirit.
How strong is Zamazenta: King of the Shield in Pokémon GO
New attack: The King of the Shield receives “Behemoth Bash” in exchange for “Iron Head”. With the accompanying adventure effect, you can increase the defense of your Pokémon in raids and dynamax battles for 6 minutes. Activation costs 5,000 Stardust and 5 Zamazenta candies.
How strong is Zamazenta: King of the Shield? You might have suspected it, and you are right: Zamazenta is number 2 behind Zacian in the Master League. It has the typing combination Steel / Fighting and does slightly less damage than its sword buddy. Nevertheless, Zamazenta is not to be underestimated.
And in raids? Yes, here too Zamazenta shines. Top attacker worth adding to your team.
Just like Zacian, it is usable and trainable in Dynamax.
So you see: Both monsters are not only extremely strong, but also usable in all areas of Pokémon GO – even in the Dynamax feature.
