The title of the new season in Pokémon GO is known. In an event announcement, the name of the new season was briefly shown.
What is happening in Pokémon GO? A new event called “United Triumph” has been announced, the last major event of the current season. However, in the originally shared infographic, the “Shared Skies” logo of the current season was not shown as usual, but a new one.
This is the season title: As users in a subreddit about Pokémon GO noted, the new season logo was briefly visible. And it shows the name “Max Out”.
In the meantime, Niantic has deleted the post and uploaded the updated graphic online (via X.com). The name was obviously published too early.
The official reveal shouldn’t take too long either, as the start of the new season is scheduled for September 3, 2024. The current season “Heavenly Teamwork” will then come to an end.
What does the name mean? The name and the design of the logo, including clouds and lightning, is the next clear hint at the Dynamax phenomenon. This transforms Pokémon into gigantic forms of themselves. How this will be implemented in Pokémon GO should be clarified by the time the season starts.

This is the event: The actual graphic announces the event “United Triumph”. Here, global challenges are the focus. It starts on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 12:00 AM and ends on Saturday, August 31, at 8:59 AM.
The challenges must be solved by all trainers together around the world. If successful, bonuses will be unlocked. The challenges are as follows:
