What is happening in Pokémon GO? The event [0;31m”Hyperbonus: Steel and Scales”[0m starts in Pokémon GO. This is one of the events that you unlocked during the global GO Fest.
Here you can not only collect a lot of XP and Stardust, but you can also catch many Steel and Dragon Pokémon.
The most exciting Pokémon of the event is, however, the new addition to Pokémon GO: Gramokles finally appears and brings its evolutions Duokles and Durengard with it.

How to obtain Gramokles, Duokles, and Durengard
How do I get Gramokles? The new Pokémon appears from the start of the event in level-1 raids as well as a reward in the PvP League. Currently, you cannot catch it in the wild, so you need to catch it through one of the battle variants.
How do I get Duokles? To evolve Gramokles into Duokles, you need 25 Gramokles candy. There are no special evolution requirements.
How do I get Durengard? You evolve Duokles into Durengard for 100 Gramokles candy.
Durengard’s special ability in battle
This is how Durengard changes form: Durengard seems to be quite wild in PvP. In the Reddit community for Pokémon GO “TheSilphRoad”, players who have already caught the monster in other time zones report that Durengard starts in its shield form in battle and does little damage – but also takes a lot.
Once it uses its charge attack, it switches to sword form and deals significantly more damage, but also takes a lot. And to switch back to its previous form, you have to use a shield.
Important: Apparently, Durengard is currently not usable in gyms or raids.
Thanks to Durengard, you can finally complete the Kalos Dex
Gramokles, Duokles and Durengard were the last Pokémon missing from the Kalos Pokédex in Pokémon GO, after Volcanion recently appeared in the game. So now you can complete the Kalos Dex and earn the corresponding medal. So check in the game which Kalos monsters you still need and how you can catch them.
What’s next in Pokémon GO? Primarily, the Hyperbonus event is now active for a few days. However, there is also a battle weekend with Dynamax Latias and Latios, and the Adventure Week will start.
