The first Pokémon GO Community Day for 2024 has now been officially announced. Which Pokémon and what bonuses will be featured, you can find out here.
When is the Community Day? The Community Day will take place on Saturday, January 6th, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This day will highlight Bauz. If you have not yet managed to catch Bauz and its evolutions or are aiming for the shiny variant, this is a great opportunity for you.
What exclusive move can Bauz learn? If you evolve Arboretoss, the evolution of Bauz, during the Community Day or up to 5 hours afterward into Silvarro, it will learn the exclusive charged move Flora-Statue. This is a powerful Grass-type move.
Additionally, Silvarro will be able to learn a new charged move at the start of the event. This is the Ghost-type move Shadow Bind.

These bonuses and research will be available during the Community Day
What bonuses will there be during the Community Day? The following bonuses will be active during the event from 2 PM to 5 PM.
- 3x Stardust for catching Pokémon
- Double candy for catching Pokémon
- Double chance for XL candies when catching Pokémon (only from Trainer level 31)
- Incense activated during the event lasts for 3 hours
- Smoke activated during the event lasts for 3 hours (does not apply to adventure smoke)
- Bauz may appear in your snapshots
Moreover, these bonuses will be active from 2 PM to 10 PM on the Community Day.

- Trading costs 50% less Stardust
Will there be bonus raid battles again? After the Community Day, you will again have the chance to complete bonus raid battles. These will be active from 5 PM to 10 PM. They will be 4-star raids where you will encounter Arboretoss. If you emerge victorious from such a raid, additional Bauz will appear nearby for 30 minutes.
What field research will be available? There will be field research for the Community Day as always. You will be rewarded with additional Bauz encounters, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and other items for catching Bauz.
What else will be available during the Community Day? In line with the event, there will also be showcases featuring Bauz. If you want to know how you can utilize the showcases, we have more information for you.
Additionally, there will be a bundle in the web store for €9.99, which includes 120 Ultra Balls, 15 Silver Pinap Berries, 6 Incubators, and 1 Incense.
Furthermore, there will be 2 bundles available for purchase with PokéCoins. How you can earn PokéCoins has already been explained here.
For 1,350 PokéCoins, there will be a bundle containing 50 Ultra Balls, 5 Super Incubators, 1 Elite TM, and 5 Lucky Eggs. And for 480 PokéCoins, a bundle containing 30 Ultra Balls, 1 Incense, and 1 Lure Module, as well as 3 Super Incubators.
