TERA
The MMORPG TERA, which was already released for PC in 2011, was released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on April 3, 2018. Even on PC, the online role-playing game impressed with its detailed and colorful graphics and action-packed combat system.
The latter requires a lot of skill, as it plays more like the battles of an action RPG. You must actively strike, dodge, and time your special abilities well. TERA shines especially in endgame content, where demanding dungeons for larger groups await, featuring dangerous boss enemies.
TERA’s Asian origins are clearly noticeable, as grinding and similarly structured quests run through the entire game. However, this doesn’t have to be a bad thing, as many MMO fans enjoy this style of play.
The game is aimed at a very specific target audience and is particularly interesting for those who enjoy Asian-inspired MMOs with grinding and a focus on endgame content. The character development system is quite standard and allows you to develop your hero based on skills and armor in a direction that suits you.

PvP takes place in TERA in battlefields, arenas, or in the large open world. There, you can challenge other players to duels and, from level 11, can even ambush other players who are at least at that level, which makes you an outlaw. Guild wars are also possible, as is fighting against other players in specific zones. TERA is a Free2Play MMORPG on PS4 and Xbox One. However, there is a catch with the console version: performance can be lacking in some areas.
