It has been a while since the first trailer of Fortnite was released. Players wanted to relive that moment and have recreated it in Chapter 2.
What is this first trailer? The first gameplay trailer for Fortnite Battle Royale was released 2 years ago. Back then, the battle royale mode was still fresh and was introduced to the players.
In the trailer, you can see some gameplay styles that are no longer present today. You rarely see:
- Players who only walk instead of running
- Building from one mountain to another (that high)
- Huge buildings that were beautifully crafted

Players recreate old trailer in new Chapter 2
Who recreated the trailer? The YouTube channel LaffenGas along with other players recreated the original Fortnite trailer in the new Chapter 2.
They tried to pay attention to all the details of the trailer and managed to do quite well, as players hardly noticed any difference.
In some places, they had to improvise since some items are currently not in the game. Instead of a grenade launcher, they used a single grenade as a substitute.
