Minecraft is already ancient, and some have been able to collect many memories in the block game with friends and family. One player even created a tradition that he still wants to keep with his little brother after 6 years; he just doesn’t know how.
What tradition is it? User SweetComment8331 reported on Reddit about a prank he has been pulling on his little brother for years. Six years ago, both siblings created a world in Creative mode where they had fun – at that time, the younger brother was 6 years old.
SweetComment8331 wanted to prank his brother and so he haunted their Creative mode world by pretending to be Herobrine – the legendary myth of the Minecraft community. He summoned lightning and manipulated the terrain. Even Notch occasionally showed up as the good guy.
He managed to keep all of this from his younger brother, but now, it has been 6 years. His brother is much more observant now and no longer easy to fool. Back then, he used his phone to join the world and cause mischief, but that would be way too risky today – the secret is at risk of being exposed.
He therefore turned to the community and asks for advice. SweetComment8331 notes that his brother is still waiting for more creepy sightings and he would love to continue the tradition without everything being revealed.
Community provides solutions for what to do next
What does the community say? Over 800 upvotes celebrate the player’s tradition, including user billhughes1960. He praises SweetComment8331, calling him a good brother and saying that his little brother should consider himself lucky to have him. Many other fans also jump in to help and suggest options for how he can keep his secret going:
