In Diablo 4, secrets are hidden, only a few of which have been revealed to date. With a Lucky Coin, you can earn the title “Well-Wisher.” However, you need a lot of luck and secret knowledge to do so.
What is this coin?
- The Lucky Coin is a rare but regular item in Diablo 4.
- The only known source so far is the Hellwaves, but the drop rate is extremely low – estimated to be on par with Uber Uniques or rarer.

What is the coin good for? In February, posts about the coins began to appear for the first time, gaining more attention. A user on Reddit has also found a Lucky Coin and asked what he should do with it.
The community has now figured out that you can obtain the title “Well-Wisher” with the coin. You just need to find a well to throw the coin into:
- Go to the Hills area in Scosglen.
- Precisely between the teleport points “Cerrigar” and “Inn of the Fat Goose” you’ll find one of the Lilith statues in the northern part of “The Schemenhof”.
- The point is directly west of the dungeon “Old Stone”. There is an old well you can only interact with if you have a coin on you.
All you need to do now is throw the coin into the well. As far as we know, there is only one such wishing well in Sanctuary. The actual solution was found directly on Reddit.
Diablo 4 is full of secrets that you can still discover
On Reddit, players joke that the title isn’t worth giving up the 5% increased chance for 3% improved lucky hits on Tuesdays in Romania – a little dig at the still absurdly many affixes, which will decrease only with Season 4.
However, one user claims he found such a coin in Season 1 and then sold it. For that, he received a lot of head shaking. Strange loot in an action RPG, especially Diablo, is something one should think about. Besides, the coin is only worth 6 gold.
The coin could also open the way to the secret cow level, something that has not yet been found and which officially does not exist. It’s even possible that the title is necessary to open the level.
The secret cow level is the biggest mystery in Diablo 4, and to this day we do not know if it even exists. Players have been trying to find a way to the level since the game’s release.
